Descripción del empleo SUMMARY: The Trade Compliance Specialist assists management in the initiatives, processes and policies to ensure global compliance to Import/Export law and regulations, in accordance with the Company's Trade Compliance Policy • Audit, track & trend import broker performance. • Classify imported and exported goods as required. • Address day-to-day compliance matters. • Partner with group business leaders to review raw material and equipment sources, customer locations, product development and production location changes, and develop business specific trade strategies to improve trade compliance. • Identify and communicate major trade issues, customs legal decisions, programs and procedures to management and legal counsel. • Determine strategies to reduce annual duties and tariffs, and lead participation in programs Requisitos -Bachelor's Degree required. -Fluent in English, conversational. -4 - 5 years import/export regulatory operations. -Must have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change in a complex, multi-level -organization. -Export compliance knowledge. -Strong communication skills with business partners in all Knowledge in Anexo 22 de las RGCE.
