A Human Resources manager, a dynamic person that can handle administrative activities,

• Proficient in using Microsoft office software
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and staff selection,
• Request registration and cancellation of employees accounts (email, wecom)
• Monitor and report employees entries and exits, overtime hours,
• Control and registration of vacations and work permits,
• Request payroll from the accounting office, send payroll receipts,
• Organize integration events for the company
• Follow corporate guidelines
• Control of medical and life insurance, registrations, cancellations and payments,
• Request registrations and cancellations of the IMSS to the accountants' office
• Share company information / post announcements,
• Purchase of personal protective equipment,
• Payment of department services (Internet, Electricity, Water, Maintenance Fee),
• Process Visa or Passport Appointments,
• Fill out reports and records of work accidents,
