A Human Resources manager, a dynamic person that can handle administrative activities,
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staff selection,
- Request registration and cancellation of employees accounts (email, wecom)
- Monitor and report employees entries and exits, overtime hours,
- Control and registration of vacations and work permits,
- Request payroll from the accounting office, send payroll receipts,
- Organize integration events for the company
- Follow corporate guidelines
- Control of medical and life insurance, registrations, cancellations and payments,
- Request registrations and cancellations of the IMSS to the accountants' office
- Share company information / post announcements,
- Purchase of personal protective equipment,
- Payment of department services (Internet, Electricity, Water, Maintenance Fee),
- Process Visa or Passport Appointments,
- Fill out reports and records of work accidents,
