Summary

Performs professional level-work analyzing financial analysis, for presentation, decision-making, forecasting, expense analysis, and/or audit preparation.

Key responsibilities

·        Analyzes revenues, expenditures, activity costs, and/or other financial information outside of budgeting tasks.

·        Prepares and manage the budget, forecast, monthly book close process for assigned departments.

·        Manages the headcount costing roster for assigned departments.

·        Completes and present variance analysis and trend analysis to business partners.

·        Ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.

·        Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

·        3-5 years' experience managing headcount budget, forecasting, cost accounting, roster management, variance analysis supporting, CapEx and G&T Operational Reviews.

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required – Power BI experience preferred.

·        Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and be skilled in financial modeling. Strong analytical skills.

·        Advanced English level (B2+), mandatory.
