Sr. Training and Organizational Development Supervisor


As a Sr. Training and Organizational Development Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing comprehensive training and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Your role involves leading the development and execution of training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our workforce. In this senior leadership position, you will be pivotal in enhancing employee performance, driving organizational development, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Are you ready to take the lead in transforming our workforce through effective training and development programs? We're seeking a strategic and dynamic professional for the role of Sr. Training and Organizational Development Supervisor. You will report directly to our Operational Excellence Manager, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez location. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions - Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements - Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to drive performance - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized solutions

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements

• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to drive performance

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

• Develop the standard work for the training team,


YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in training and development or a related field

• Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful training programs

• Strong knowledge of SMT and electronic industry principles and instructional design methodologies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving.

• Knowledge and implementation requirements of ISO 45001, 9001, & 50001.
