We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Sr. Business Analyst. 

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements to develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirements and take accountability on investigating data and do problem solving.

• Work on upstream and downstream data, curate and present in a meaningful analysis.

• Develop reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Recommend strategic value enablement ideas and execute them within agreed timelines.

• Deliver meaningful business insights from data in a proactive manner (i.e. without prior specific request from stakeholders).

• Develop and document functional and technical specifications.

• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, information systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Strategic Operations Data Analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Advance SQL, Data Quality Analysis & Management skills, Data Visualization with Google Looker & Sheets (or similar tools Such as Tableau and Power BI).

• Ability to bring insights and present data using Google slides.

• Manage projects independently with little guidance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred experience in Data science, Secondary research.
