As a Production Supervisor you will coordinate production group activities to achieve their results, managing the functions of assigned personnel, taking care of the application of safety and hygiene standards and working conditions to achieve the desired quantity and quality.

?Your responsibilities will include:

Daily:

• Monitor production, quality, cost and deadline indicatorsActive participation in required VA/VE activitie
• Use of Kan Ban tool
• Verify the state of order and cleanliness of the area based on the 5s methodology
• Ensure work procedures are applied, ensuring their timely updating
• Animate the meetings of the different Production Groups in your charge
• Lead online QRCI groups
• Use of the FCS/SAP system that applies to your area and function.
• Control and monitoring of the proper use of the MRO

Frequent:

·        Participate and follow up on HOSHIN activities

·        Propose personnel training actions

·        Integrate the new members of the Production Group

·        Perform and review time recording

·        Balance of operations

·        Review of compliance with parameter sheets and correct filling of Dashboards

Key requirements:

·        Leadership and Team Integration

·        Communication

·        Staff training and development

·        3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Cutting and Sewing área

·        Daily KPIs (Safety, Quality, Deliveries and inventories)

·        Product safety and regulations

·        Use of methodologies such as WCM, GMS or similar

·        Intermediate level English
