Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with more than 60 years in the market, is the leading supplier in the manufacture of poles and fittings for power transmission and distribution, lighting, telecommunications, signaling and public lighting. To continue contributing to the transformation we are looking to integrate to our team a Program Administrator, who will be located in our Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos plant offices (15 minutes from the Airport).

Purpose:

Review and analysis of contracts, ensure that the technical terms and conditions of each project are carried out as established, this is done through constant interaction with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

Scolarship: Industrial Engineer, International Relations, Foreign Trade or Engineering. 

Experience:

·        Indispensable 2 years as Customer Service, Program Administrator or similar.

·        Conversational English.

·        Experience with work teams.

·        Experience in follow-up/support to commercial projects.

·        Advanced Intermediate Excel (File management with pivot tables and/or macros).

·        Interest in developing in program management areas.

·        Organized and proactive

For the great work you will do, you will receive:

·        Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.

·        Salary above market.

·        Payment of 15 days of guaranteed profit sharing.

·        15 days of PTU guaranteed.
