Position: Alberta Academic Program Coordinator for Grades K-12

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the effective delivery of the academic program for Grades K-12.
2. Facilitate the development of the program to meet the needs of dual language learners.
3. Develop and oversee an assessment framework aligned with Alberta (AB) standards.
4. Foster effective instructional leadership to enhance academic achievement and implement high-yield instructional strategies.
5. Provide support to leadership teams within the CS Network.
6. Deliver professional development sessions to support AB and SEP teachers in Grades K-12.

• Work Schedule (Hybrid Format):
• Online: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Face-to-face: Twice annually, during school years, for 5 days each visit (scheduled in October/November and March/April).

Compensation Package:

• (Attractive salary)
• Two round-trip flights provided per year. (2 weeks per year: one in OCT or NOV and the other one in FEB or MARCH)
• Housing accommodation, Food allowance and Transportation provided during the visits to Gdl.
