• Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales/inside sales/customer service
• Experience in the hospitality/health care industry (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
