- Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/inside sales/customer service
- Experience in the hospitality/health care industry (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
