Demand and Inventory Analyst in Manufacturing Supply Chain

Description:

We are seeking a Demand and Inventory Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring product availability while minimizing associated costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and forecast product demand using statistical tools and models.
• Design and maintain efficient and optimized inventory policies.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer teams to gather relevant data influencing demand.
• Work closely with sales, production, and procurement departments to align strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficient and timely supply chain management.
• Identify improvement opportunities in supply chain-related processes and propose efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand and inventory management in the manufacturing sector.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain planning tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and use statistical tools for accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage effective relationships with suppliers and internal collaborators.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of making informed and strategic decisions.

Additional Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in SKU (Stock Keeping Units) management is highly desirable.
