Overall objective

The assembly technician is a practical position of support to the administrative and service area. He reports to the Service Engineer directly and to the General Manager.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

·        Prepare warehouse administrative documents: Entries, Warehouse Exit Order, Work Orders, Labeling of items, Update the item catalog, etc. Support for control of equipment output documents to keep the warehouse in order. (the responsibility for running the warehouse 100% is the Service Engineer).

·        Minimum inventory stock control.

·        Request minimum stock to the Administrator in the corresponding formats, considering delivery times.

·        Responsible for having the warehouse and the assembly and testing area organized, ordered, identified and quantified to always facilitate inventory control.

·        Control the service team's agenda to support the activities that can be carried out in the warehouse or workshop.

·        Responsible for receiving, transferring, verifying the good condition and storing the equipment and spare parts that arrive at our offices.

·        Responsible daily for recording at the end of the day that what was done in the warehouse matches documents.

·        Support for the assembly of new or remanufactured equipment for sale or loan, rental or testing.

·        Support for repair of control or power modules on a test bench.

·        Review the service team's agenda to support the activities that can be carried out in the warehouse or workshop.

·        Help with the preservation of offices.

·        Be aware of requests for planning activities within the warehouse, workshop or offices.

·        Explain the results with the company group in English, answer emails and calls in English.

Requirements

Education:

Engineering degree

Experience:

•        1-2 years of equivalent work experience with good references and ability to apply their knowledge in the day to day,
