Job Requirements

- University studies with degree.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in the call center field.

- Advanced command of the English language, preferably having learned it in the USA.

- Job stability.

- Excellent writing and spelling skills in English and Spanish.

- Soft skills: diligent, responsible, proactive.

Job Responsibilities

- Recruiting personnel for the call center.

- Coordinate interviews and selection tests.

- Maintain an updated database of candidates.

- Collaborate with the human resources department in the recruitment of new employees.
