Job Summary:


Our Human Resources Leader, will oversee all aspects of the HR function within the organization, playing a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies that foster a positive work culture, attract and retain top talent, and drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Partner with senior management to anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates. Develop retention strategies to cultivate a high-performing workforce and reduce turnover.
  3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
  4. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Implement performance improvement initiatives as needed to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  5. Training and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop targeted training solutions.
  6. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices and benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
  7. HR Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant. Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  8. HR Technology and Analytics: Leverage HR technology and analytics to streamline HR processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
  9. Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Foster a positive work culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  10. Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development opportunities. Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and success.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives and actions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
