Job Summary:
Our Human Resources Leader, will oversee all aspects of the HR function within the organization, playing a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies that foster a positive work culture, attract and retain top talent, and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Partner with senior management to anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates. Develop retention strategies to cultivate a high-performing workforce and reduce turnover.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Implement performance improvement initiatives as needed to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop targeted training solutions.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices and benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant. Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- HR Technology and Analytics: Leverage HR technology and analytics to streamline HR processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Foster a positive work culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development opportunities. Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
