Responsibilities
- Attend quality complaints reported by customer.
- Generation and dissemination of quality alerts.
- Ensure containment, segregation and identification of the product and issue immediate response to the customer.
- Development and update of Core Documents.
- Develop and maintain internal and external metrics ensuring compliance with objectives.
- Quality problem analysis and resolution (scrap, customer complaint).
Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related
- Working Experience: +1 year
- Language: Conversational/Advanced English
- Knowledge &Skill: Office, IATF, Core Tools (AMEF, Control Plan, ANPQP, PPAP, MSA), CQI-15 Welding Process, 8D'S, CSR, VDA 6.5, VDA 6.3, Using Customer Portals
