In Sanhua Automotive we're hiring a:

Quality Coordinator

Manage area with respect to Quality system, Company operating policies, meet or exceed KPI's, and Employee Opinion Survey requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiently master inspection knowledge and skills of relative parts
• Proficiently Master in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA)
• Proficiently master's in quality tools & problem-solving tools (7 basic quality tools, 5Why´s, 8D´s, Six sigma methodology)
• Proficient in quality management systems and audit skills, such as IATF16949/ VDA etc.
• English Advanced
• 5 years' experience about it.
• Experience in Tier 1 in assembly processes

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and improvement of the quality system
• Responsible for the management of daily production quality and the handling of inside and outside quality issues.
• Establish and manage the Project Quality processes including audits, reviews, etc., to ensure the project objectives are met.
• Maintain the KPI assigned at an acceptable level of compliance.
• Directs and coordinates investigation of complaints concerning defective products.
• Directs and coordinates the activities for PPAP competition for each new program or ECR.
• Responsible for submitting quality KPI reports to the top management.
