Duties and Responsibilities

• Proeficient in Emebedded Software

• Proeficient in Linux - Terminal

• Use UML diagrams and flow charts to translate requirements

• Create State flow models using Simulink

• Create Simulink logical model for ECUs functionality

• Create C code and C++ code

• Compile libraries in C and C++

• Use C and C++ libraries in MATLAB and Simulink

• Understand software technical requirements

• Participate in SCRUM meetings

• Report progress using Jira

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with members of external regions

Desired Skills & Experience

• College or University degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related discipline

• Strong desire to learn

• +3 Years of experience developing ECU Models

• +3 Years of experience developing C, C++ and Simulink Models

• Experience using MATLAB scripting with Data Structures,OOPs concepts, Variables and data types, File handling concepts, Exception Handling, Generators, Iterators

• Teamwork

• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish

• Proactive

Core Competency Requirements

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

• Software management tools such Git and GitHub - Control version Software

• Knowledge and usage of agile frameworks such as SCRUM

• Ability to communicate in a written and oral form and interact internationally with other teams.

• Auto management skills

Selection Criteria:

1. Advanced Programming skills and practices.

3. Familiarity with Veristand and/or dSpace.

5. Familiarity with Real Time Operating Systems.

6. Familiarity with Serial programming or Serial communication.

7. Profficient on C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, Python.

8. Knowledge of vehicle architectures & for testing tools such UDS, CAN DB++, AUTOSAR and ASAM XiL

10. Able to simultaneously work on multiple projects while independently managing their time.

11. Able to develop new expertise as needed. Possess the character and interpersonal skills required to serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications Required:

1. Familiarity with electrical architectures, electrical systems

2. Familiarity with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) desired.
