Role:

•Main point of contact for all HR related matters

•Experience with Payroll and Benefits

•Experience with coordinating Company Events

•Experience in Performance Management

•Experience in Training and Development  

•Assist with Labor Problems

•Able to negotiate with Union 

?Qualifications:

•College Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management, preferred

•7+ years of experience, preferably in the Automotive/Industrial Industry

•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint

•Bilingual (English & Spanish) required

•Effective communicator within all levels of the organization

•Team Building experience, required
