Descripción

Responsible for ensuring achievement deliveries according with customer requirements in quantity, time, and manner. In order to get payment on time by taking care of the delivery-payment flow.

Resolve issues with empathy and care, and nurture relationships.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

r Stellantis specialist customer service representative.

r Daily monitoring and problem solution with Stellantis transaction as: RDR reports, shortage tickets, pilots, capacity and Origin Certify, CSD.

r ASN submission monitoring and payment flow. Including financial feedback.

r CRATES submission and returnable following.

r Expendable submission for reimbursable cost.

r Stellantis route confirmation and truck scheduling.

r Review and validate the customer requirements being received on time.

r Ensure the 862 demands by customer (EDI, Portal, Email) be input into the CSI.

r Ensure the forecast by customer be input into the CSI, in forecast module.

r Notify variation report for customer requirements and cost analysis.

r Daily monitoring with customer orders past due.

r Follow and solve each customer portal needs.

r Monitoring monthly customer evaluation and analysis validation.

r Daily tracking of the sales trend for keep the budget under control based on stellantis changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to form strong working relationships within every level of the organization and customer.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Ability in customer negotiation.
  • Strong ERP aptitude and analytical skills; and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must be highly organized, problem-solving skills, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma /?GED or higher-level education.
  • Must be highly self-learning.
  • Experience working with Stellantis as customer.
  • Must have strong knowledge of financial acumen.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
