Global automotive manufacturer currently seeks for Customer Service Representative
Essential duties:
- Guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements in the SAP system.
- Guarantee Performance and Delivery rating with each client according to the objectives of the company.
- Supervise EDI staff to meet shipping targets.
- Report performance indicators in customer service, guides team to effective solutions
- Report to the management of the area and advise about potential and real risks of affectation to the client.
- Manage the different supply chain systems of customers. (portals)
- Credit Notes administration
- Re-invoicing (price differences, wrong PO data, discrepancy by ASN)
- Preparation of the production and shipment program and ensure its compliance
Qualifications
- Automotive proven experience
- Engineering degree (or related field)
- English fluent
- SAP knowledge (strongly preferred)
