The Opportunity



Lead the monitoring, reporting, communication and benefits assurance (productivity and incremental sales) associated with the PepsiCo Mexico Foods warehouse transformation agenda, thru the creation and alignment of AOPs and SFEs, as well as the preparation and updating of FCST and load the Productividty real in Power Steering tool.



Define, align and keep updated the benefit calculation methodologies for the VCT agenda.



Creation of Scorecards in the Power BI tool for the communication of the status of the VCT agenda



Your Impact

As Supply Chain Productivity Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …

  • Creation and alignment of the AOP and SFE of benefits for the VCT agenda
  • Alignment of execution times and creation of annual FCST
  • Monthly analysis of real benefits achieved and creation of Index vs AOP and FCST. Ensure alignment of the reported productivity with functional teams (Warehouse productivity, Fleet, Sales Productivity, WHSE Ops).
  • Monthly loading and updating of FCST and Reals in Power Steering tool
  • Internal (VCT) and external (Regional Teams: Sales, WHSE Ops, Fleet, VCC) communication of the status of benefits by project through Scorecards
  • Definition and alignment of benefit calculation methodologies for the design and execution phases with functional areas, such as Fleet, WHSE Ops, VCC, Sales. Evaluation of the Accuracy of the calculations in the actual reporting phase.
  • Risk identification, generation and monitoring of action plans that allow the capture of the commited benefits.
  • Support to the design team to estimate potential benefits associated to projects under design.
  • Design Scorecards for the communication of the progress of the VCT strategy: Status of CAR design, Project execution, Budget execution, Productivity, Inc. Sale, Asset capitalization, Warehousing Maseter File.
  • Updating the PepsiCo Mexico Foods warehouse master file, keeping the operating model, business unit, associated lease agreements up to date.

Participate in the VCT Continuous Improvement process thru the communication of lessons learned during the benefit measurement phase.




Who Are We Looking For?



Education:

  • Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance engineering.

Experience:

  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Project Management, Finance Management, Database management,
  • Office (Excel intermediate-advanced)
  • English Intermediate
