Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (administration, human resources, psychology
• Microsoft office (Excel)
• Google workspace
• English intermediate or advanced
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar position (managing the full employee lifecycle)

Position activities

• Onboarding: Ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
• Retention: Implementing policies and programs to retain top talent.
• Development: Overseeing training and professional development opportunities.
• Offboarding: Handling the exit process when employees leave the company.
• Happy Leavers: Ensuring that departing employees have a positive transition.
• Compensation and Benefits: verifying that each employee's benefits package aligns with their job role and level, and providing assistance to employees who have questions or concerns regarding their benefits.
• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.
• Strategic Planning: Working with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
