Financial Legal Risk Responsible

Experience:

• Review and modification of contracts.           
• Contract negotiation.
• Contract analysis and elaboration of risk memorandums.
• You will be responsible for managing and administering issues with contracts and claims related to the company's projects.
• Your primary function is to identify, analyze and resolve legal claims and disputes in relation to the project, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and maximization of financial results for the organization.
• Develop strategies and solutions to resolve disputes and minimize associated legal and financial risks.
• Contractual and legal analysis Review and analyze relevant contracts and agreements, identifying clauses and conditions related to claims and disputes.
• Assess the contractual impact of claims and the obligations and rights of the parties involved Assist in the preparation and presentation of responses to claims filed and in defending the interests of the organization
• Negotiation and dispute resolution Participate in meetings and negotiations and client representatives to resolve disputes and claims
• Identify alternative solutions and mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation to support negotiations and resolutions reached
• Act as the primary point of contact for all parties
• Maintain clear and constant communication with all parties involved, providing regular updates on the status of claims and progress made?
