Job Summary:


Our Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will work closely with HR leadership, department managers, and employees to identify opportunities for growth and development, facilitate organizational change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  2. Design and implement talent development programs, including training and development initiatives, career pathing, performance management systems, and succession planning.
  3. Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights into organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and process improvements.
  5. Serve as a resource and coach to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and other HR-related issues.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to organizational development and HR management, and recommend adjustments to programs and policies as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on organizational development and change management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs and organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
