RESPONSABILITIES

1?Implement the company's quality policy and culture, and maintain the quality management system.

2?Develop and implement production quality systems and activities.

3?Handle customer quality complaints, analyze root causes, and propose corrective and preventive measures.

4?Prepare for customer visits and audits, and address customer-raised problems.

5?Analyze customer complaints and feedback, develop improvement measures, and minimize quality loss.

6?Maintain customer relationships, collect quality data, and drive internal analysis and improvement.

7?Understand customer needs and requirements.

8?Evaluate supplier qualifications and quality systems.

9?Collect and analyze production quality information and cost control.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least three years of work experience.

2. Familiar with PCBA production processes, knowledgeable in QC7 methods, 8D reports, ISO, and TS16949 standards; practical experience in quality improvement.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, resilience, willingness to follow superiors' instructions, experience in large EMS companies is preferred.

4. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language?
