Descripción

We are seeking a full-time graphic designer in our award-winning creative services and brand department, located in our New York City office.

You will create compelling and forward-looking branded marketing and advertising collateral for campaigns for internal and external use, including digital and printed materials and environmental designs. You know how to handle a deadline, and will manage overlapping deadlines and projects from concept to delivery, communicating with all stakeholders to keep projects on schedule. You will collaborate closely with other creatives and stakeholders at every level to ensure the brand is consistent across all channels and products, and remain up-to-date on design and brand trends in the marketplace. You should be able to develop ideas independently and participate in brainstorming and creative concepting with the team. This position reports to the AVP of Design and Creative and a key element will be keeping them updated on all project status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job intake through final asset delivery for the brand studio, ensuring jobs are routing properly and on schedule as well as keeping constant communication with internal partners to mitigate any potential roadblocks
  • Coordinate and manage resourcing based on workload and skillsets
  • Coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders and contributors, prioritizing work to align with deadlines and goals
  • Work cross-functionally within Nasdaq to determine project requirements, monitor progress and guide production
  • Lead daily and weekly standups and status meetings
  • Assign roles and establish accountability for all project deliverables
  • Setup project tracking to ensure project is on budget and on schedule
  • Develop timelines and identify key dates and deadlines to ensure project is on target and core collaborators are aligned on project expectations
  • Develop and monitor metrics and milestones to ensure project success
  • Manage external resources including freelancers
  • Manage multiple vendor relationships
  • Ability to create estimates and statements of work for external clients


Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of program management or experience managing multiple projects within a department or account
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Agency or in-house studio experience
  • Expert in agile project management methodology
  • Extensive experience working with multiple teams
  • Ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage multiple stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion - on-time and within budget
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and implement changes to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with executive leadership teams
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with high-energy, and superb organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of finance operations for an in-house creative studio
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientated
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
  • Experience managing multiple projects in Asana or other project management platforms
