Family Description

Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

Subfamily Description

Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-oriented, proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) student in their professional practice period.
As part of our team, you will be:
  • Handling inquiries on People processes, tools, and benefits by responding through a Ticketing Tool and making use of databases, acquired knowledge on HR related policies.
  • Handling the benefits processes, by using databases, consulting HR related policies.
  • Managing on-boarding, leaves, restructuring, redeployment, audits, by providing administrative support, handling necessary documentation, attending employees' inquiries.
  • Contribute with the organization's KPIs by complying with the quality of service required when attending employees.


Qualifications

  • University student, entering in internship period, preferably in administration or computer science careers.
  • Results oriented.
  • Bilingual Spanish / English.
  • Customer Service with Excellence.

It would be nice if you also had:
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and/or French.
