We are looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist capable of give technical support to clients globally and give direct hands-on assistance to fix problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduates from 2022, 2023 or 2024
• Fluent English
• Only 1 to 2 years of experience
• Familiarity with software and front-end development 
• An ability to understand clients' needs and recommend solutions
• Must be able to work a night-shift schedule

You will:

• Solve clients' technical problems
• Troubleshoot issues raised by clients
• Analyze potential risks and provide technical recommendations to the customers

Work Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Modality:

• Hybrid (3 office days - 2 remote days)
