We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader who can ensure high standards of quality in our products while continuously driving improvement. Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality engineering for die casting process.

Plan, develop, implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Process and Product. Quality Plans approved for use in the assigned plant. Develop quality initiatives for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques. Manage plant quality control functions to effectively protect the customer from nonconforming or unsafe products and verify that products conform to requirements for shipment to distributors and final users. Assure the quality function provides timely and accurate reporting.  

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor's degree in mechanical. Electrical or industrial Engineering related field.

·        Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools

·        Minimum 7 years' experience in Quality engineering for die casting process.

·        Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all departments within the company.

·        Leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Must have excellent organization, supervisory, managerial and leadership skills to manage a team of engineers.

·        High ethical standards. Models and supports organization's goals and values; adapts to changing conditions; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.

·        Knowledge of MS Office

·        Welding/Powder Paint experience is a +

·        Green Belt Certification (Black Belt +)

1. Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with established standards.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to optimize complex processes.
3. Coordinate with different departments to identify and rectify quality issues at all stages of the manufacturing process.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure the quality of components and final products.
5. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and propose corrective actions when necessary.
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce defects in products.
7. Participate in the development of new products, ensuring that quality requirements are met from the design stage to mass production.
8. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with quality requirements established by relevant regulations and standards.
10. Collaborate with other departments to implement total quality practices throughout the organization.

Profile

1. Proven previous experience as a Quality Manager in the e industry, with a focus on complex processes.
2. Advanced proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
3. Deep knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PPAP, among others.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships.
7. Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
