We are looking for a: Human Resources and EHS Generalist


This position requires a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills. The analysis and reporting must be performed daily to support the business in decision making.


Location: Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas



Responsible for the Protection of Employees and the Environment, in compliance with Local and Corporate Legal Requirements. Establishing a suitable work environment.


Contributes to the fulfillment of the company's objectives through the correct administration of the area and organization policies. Help maintain a correct work environment through the involvement and satisfaction of employees with the correct application of the General procedures applicable in the Department of the area.



For HR

1. Manage the certification process for operational personnel

2. Support through the application of the organization's policies and procedures to maintain a correct work environment.

3. Personnel file management.

4. Manage/Supervise the selection process for unionized personnel.

5. Provide support to activities related to unionized personnel (Delivery of uniforms, photographs, files, leave, events).

6. Manage the company recognition program.


For SHMA

7. Specific training according to the Training Plan, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

8. Implementation of Accident Prevention Programs focused on Staff Behavior and Awareness.

9. Determine Personal Protective Equipment by work area.

10. Responsible for the Emergency Response Plan.

11. Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements: Procedures and Permits
