Huawei TAC Queretaro is looking for a Customer Care Representative:


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:


•Fluent English is a must.

•Intermediate level of Portuguese is optional.

•Should be flexible to work on rotational shift (Mornings, evenings, night shifts also working on weekends).

•Good communication and customer service skills.

•4 working days and 3 rest days per week.


MAIN FUNCTIONS:


•Support provide to the customers in English, Spanish and preferably Portuguese languages.

•Response to the customer emails and calls inquiries according with SLA.

•Handle of customer inquiries.

•Creation of tickets and dispatch it accurately to the right line of product.

•Handle customer satisfaction surveys.
