As a Bilingual Sales Rep, you'll be the voice of our company, guiding potential customers in setting up electricity services for their homes or businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include:   

• Engaging with customers over the phone to explain our rate plans and address any inquiries they may have.
• Overcoming objections with ease and confidence to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully close the sale.  
• Creating new electricity accounts in our system efficiently and accurately.   
• Following up on accounts to ensure successful connections and resolve any obstacles promptly.
• Maintaining strong relationships with individuals and leasing agents who refer customers to us.
• Utilizing computer skills and being detail-oriented in managing customer accounts and data accurately.

What we're looking for:    

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional reading, writing, and conversational skills.
• Positive Attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Experience in a similar sales role preferred.
• Friendly attitude with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
• Fast learner with a strong motivation for success.
• Good computer skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
