Responsibilities:

o Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process.

o Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document

ticket status and follow up.

o Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool.


Qualifications:

o Previous experience in Customer Service. / Advanced English

o Proficient English to communicate on emails and calls.

o Schedule availability.

o Be a team player with problem problem-solving attitude
