Now, about the opportunity: in the Community Manager position, you'll be in charge of managing one of the most important communication channels for a company: the daily interaction with its fans via Social Media. You will work directly with our creative and strategic team in the publication of daily assets, and following up the conversation in order to make daily decisions. It's also expected that you always bring new and creative ideas to the table. This is a role where you'll partner with an entertainment, editorial and popular culture company in its Social Media campaigns for LATAM, with a special focus on Mexico and its communities. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing creative and innovative content for Social Media platforms according to objectives
  • Providing trendy and engaging ideas in images, text or video according to the client strategy and objectives
  • Generating, coordinating and monitoring Social Media conversation by interacting with the fandom and representing the client via different platforms
  • Staying up-to-date with Social Media and Internet trends and best practices in order to develop daily conversations and relevant ideas
  • Analyzing data from the Social Media platforms to make data-driven decisions and to inspire your creative output
  • Keeping up with entertainment trends and Pop culture, mainly with movies, series and documentaries


Experience you already have:
  • BA on communication, advertising or marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager for brands or Entertainment accounts
  • Proven experience in reactive content creation, such as digital newspapers content, magazines, Advertising agencies
  • Knowledge on Social Media audiences and organic and paid formats
  • Excellent verbal, communicational and writing skills both in Spanish and English
  • Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and day-to-day Social Media conversation
  • Social Media Savvy: must have and use Social networks on a daily basis
  • Experience working collaboratively with Creative Directors, Content Creators, Project Managers, Social Strategists and Data Managers
  • Work under tight schedules, timelines and flex resources
  • Resilience and resourcefulness on changing environments
  • Work towards values such as collaboration, empathy, responsibility, ownership, time management, commitment, flexibility, proactiveness
  • Highly focused on detail and personal organization
