• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Advanced conversational and written English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Manager.
• Experience managing staff.

• Leadership, organization, effective communication with staff.

Position Responsibilities:

• Order processing.
• Monitoring planning and delivery indicators and presenting them to management.
• Demand planning for production lines.
• Anticipating shortages and procuring supplies.
• Generating monthly production forecasts in line with goals.
• Reviewing rejected products.
• Production demand planning.
• Visits to production lines to address shortages.
