• 10 years relevant Marketing experience
• Deep P&L understanding to increase profitability of the business
• Excel and Power Point advanced
• Experience in FMCG (must)
• Drink Mix Experience (preferrable)
•  P&L management

Skills: Teamwork, analytical, problem solving. Numerical analysis capacity,Marketing Strategies 

Responsabilities:

• 
  
• Develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources to produce sustained growth?
• Based on consumer insights and brand positioning, develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
• Identifies opportunities and generate action plans based on the market and consumer trends analysis
• increase profitability of the business and capture channel/country opportunities.
• Define budget needs according to strategic plan to guarantee support behind main initiatives 
• Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments, applying relevant insights to marketing initiatives.
