Overview:


As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) in our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will primarily be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our team of real estate experts.

This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.

Utilize our CRM system and other tools to manage leads and track interactions effectively.

Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their real estate needs, timelines, and financial qualifications. Determine the viability of leads and prioritize them based on readiness to buy or sell.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our real estate experts to meet with qualified leads. Ensure all appointments are logged accurately in the CRM system.

Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with leads through active listening, empathy, and understanding of their needs. Provide relevant information about properties, market trends, and the buying/selling process to nurture client relationships.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with real estate agents to align on client preferences, availability, and follow-up actions. Communicate effectively within the team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and appointments.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, appointments set, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

·      Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.

·      Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

·      Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

·      High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or real estate is advantageous.
