  • Ensures control processes and production of high-quality financial data and reporting.
  • Executes high quality accounting, forecasting, and controlling services for assigned entities/accounts.

As Associate Finance Controller, you'll play a vital part in our success. You'll essentially support while driving the finance controlling agenda, and improve short- and long-term performance through relevant, accurate and timely reporting; analysis, decision support and participation through business partnering. Key responsibilities:
  • Support to reduce Balance Sheet risk by improving BS hygiene
  • Participate in Integration projects (M&A)
  • Monitor and control extraordinary impacts (one-offs, claims, unexpected items)
  • Support and drive GRC Agenda (Internal Control)
  • Partnering with AtR GSC (India/Mexico) and Area Finance
  • Production of high-quality financial data and reporting


We are looking for:

In this role you ought to be passionate about assist in maintaining, reviewing, and monitoring the continuing effectiveness of the system of internal controls. Participates in monthly and annual closing procedures, supports execution of quarterly RoFo process and ensures correct classification of cost/revenue. You are highly independent, enjoy working at a fast pace, dealing with change and a touch of uncertainty.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in similar roles
  • Accounting, economy, administration,degree
  • Intermediate to advance English level is a must.
  • SAP experience- Intermediate or advance
  • CPA / IFRS
  • Experience using office tools is a must, including Excel proficiency
  • Analytical skills needed, including data processing
