Responsabilites:
Processing employee payroll during each pay period: Weekly - Biweekly.
Semimonthly Managing employee data using the ADP Payroll System Entering new employees as well as their terminations.
Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
Monitoring hourly employee time and attendance
Payroll administration, generating reports on a weekly basis.
Preparing compensation, allowances, and bonuses
Reporting on payroll expenses to Finance
Posting all Food and Beverage (F&B) tips and balancing Month-end closing process for all payroll accruals
After all payrolls have been processed, generating General Ledgers to upload into the financial system.

Word/excel/PowerPoint knowledge
SUPER organized
Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure
Flexible availability
Adaptable: comfortable with last minute changes
Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish (excluding)
Great communication skills
Profiency in U.S payroll procedures and regulations
