Descripción

We are for a Sales Manager to join us in our Mexico City office. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of sales specialists. You'll manage and develop effective business strategies through our partners to guide sustainable long-term growth. As a Sales Manager, you will develop, implement, and execute joint business plans to identify critical growth and opportunity areas in our operation in an effort to help increase revenue and capitalize on our goals.

 

Role purpose: Project Placement

 

·        Manage a team of sales specialists who are tasked with scheduling interviews for our IT consultants- with the objective being to land projects with our U.S. based end-clients.

  • Set strategic objectives/targets through effective planning, setting of individual goals, and the analysis of performance data to implement actions where correction is needed
  • Continuously develop personal leadership in sales and training skills while ensuring the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

·        Contribute to the team sales targets through the generation of techniques and strategies and building and nurturing client relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Results-driven delivery: You will run a team of sales professionals who will be expected to deliver. You will be responsible for creating and providing the plans to achieve and exceed the targets set for your team.

Analytical and process-driven: You will be dealing with information from many sources and will be required to analyze the information in a straightforward way to gain insight into performance challenges. You should be able to use the insight to decide on appropriate actions to ensure your team members achieve their KPI's, sales forecast and work plans. This will include agreeing on efforts with other relevant departments to close gaps and maximize sales and revenue opportunities.

Pipeline Management Skills: You will need to manage your team's job boards, vendors, and job pipelines to ensure it sufficiently meeting relevant targets and is accurate in terms of the Marketing -Sales stage; your pipeline will be a precise reflection of your project placement sales forecast at any given time.

Coaching: You understand that a diverse range of selling styles by our placement specialist team can achieve success. You will be responsible for adapting your development and coaching styles to suit each team member. Responsible for personal coaching and development plans to ensure the team delivers the right results, all while motivating your team to improve and strive for better results.

Processes: At all stages of the marketing-sales process, from lead to contract, all procedures must be documented to ensure data tracking in how we do business with our clients. You are responsible for ensuring these are followed by every team member, including the correct use of systems, documents, and tools to enable your team to operate effectively.

Performance Management: Ongoing monitoring of KPIs, pipeline progression, and placement specialist' activity may result in the need for corrective actions and support from you, ultimately resulting in performance management from time to time. You will be responsible for managing performance through clear development plans and KPIs.

Strategic Alignment: Your sales team's goals must be aligned with the company's growth strategy so that it's easier to achieve its objectives. You will be responsible for visualizing your team's success with the company's growth model, seeking out new and innovative ways to achieve maximum results through efficient methods, using fewer resources, and sharing best practices to deliver.



Qualifications:

•      Minimum of 10 years Management experience / Leading Sales Teams

•      5 Years experience in n B2B sales/ End user sales - achieving results. Preferred industries: IT Recruiting, Consulting or Collections.

•      Degree in Business, Computer science, Marketing, or related field

•      Advanced English – Full business proficiency communication (written/spoken)
