Functions:

• Guarantee pre-acquisition technical feasibility for pressed parts via usage of Autoform software.
• Be able to develop specific Autoform material models, when needed, to improve accuracy with TRB blanks.
• Be able to modify CAD models to optimize forming simulation and propose design changes accordingly.

Required:

• SAP experience.
• BS Mechanical Engineering, preferably with focus on Automotive Engineering.
• Extensive Experience with Autoform software.
• Advanced knowledge of steel processing (cold forming, blanking, hot-forming).
• Knowledge of tool manufacturing process and cost analysis of tooling components.
• Advance english.
