Inside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by engaging with new leads and existing clients from small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Be the Voice of TeamViewer: Act as the primary point of contact and product expert for both new leads and existing accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative, solution-based approach to understand client needs and effectively promote TeamViewer products.
- Virtual Showcases: Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of TeamViewer solutions.
- Lead Management: Field and qualify inbound leads from various channels including phone calls and online chat, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Campaign Follow-Up: Follow up on new leads generated through campaigns such as webinars, social ads, and email marketing initiatives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate account records and pipeline projections using CRM tools to facilitate effective sales processes.
- Quoting and Closing: Prepare and present quotes to customers, maintaining consistent follow-up to drive successful account acquisition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical sales engineers to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customers' business practices and demonstrate how TeamViewer solutions can address their challenges.
- Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed assigned quotas and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive sales success.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related sales experience in a B2B environment, with a preference for SaaS sales experience.
- Proactive Approach: Possess a hunter attitude with a knack for proactive outreach and uncovering customer needs.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate understanding of both PC and mobile devices, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and experience with CRM tools (bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics).
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
