?Plant Manager PolesaZinc

Grupo Polesa, a Mexican company with more than 60 years in the market, being the leading supplier in the manufacture of poles and fittings for power transmission and distribution, lighting, telecommunications, signaling and public lighting.

We are searching for a Plant Manager for our new galvanizing plant, Polesa Zinc, for our plant in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos (south of Guadalajara, 20 minutes from the Airport).

Purpose:

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and supervising all operations related to the coating and galvanizing process in the plant. His/her primary function is to ensure that quality and efficiency standards are met and that the plant operates safely and efficiently at all stages of the process.

Requirements:

·        Previous experience in the coating plant and galvanizing process industry is a must, with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

·        Thorough knowledge of coating and galvanizing processes and associated equipment and machinery.

·        Conversational English (Essential).

·        Previous experience in charge of production, maintenance, quality, etc. areas.

·        Completed engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operations Supervision: Direct and supervise the coating and galvanizing process, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and standards.

·        Personnel Management: Lead and direct production, quality, maintenance and sales teams.

·        Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the coating and galvanizing process.
