Cosmetic Company in expansion with more than 40 years in the Mexican market, is looking for a:

MAKEUP/COLOR INNOVATION MANAGER

As makeup/color category manager you will support the development of projects and marketing activities to help maximize the company profits and brand strength such as launches and product improvements, communication campaigns, analysis for the detection of opportunities and category strategies, sales objectives fulfillment, units, profit margin, inventories, supply and follow up on local projects

EDUCATION:

Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Administration or related discipline (Indispensable degree)

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3-5 years´ experience as category manager.

1.- Administrative activities within the makeup/color category aligned with the established strategies by our senior management.

2.- Analysis, evaluation and collection for decision making.

3.- Market analysis for new product development.

4.- Elaborate and execute new product launch and/or product redesign

5.- Analyze trends and competition

KNOWLEDGE:

Makeup/color market, makeup category administration, new product launches
