Title: Salesforce Developer -

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce developer solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them within Salesforce.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and processes to support sales processes and enhance user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems and applications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Sales Cloud issues.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Principal Skills:

  • Salesforce Development: Proficiency in Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) and Visualforce for custom development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Sales Cloud Configuration: Experience in configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, campaigns, and sales processes.
  • Customization: Ability to customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, process builder, and validation rules to tailor Sales Cloud to specific business needs.
  • Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and tools to integrate Sales Cloud with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party apps.
  • Data Management: Familiarity with data management best practices within Salesforce, including data modeling, data migration, data cleansing, and data quality assurance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in creating and customizing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance and productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Mobile App development, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Salesforce Einstein AI features could be beneficial, depending on the specific requirements of the role.
