Oracle Business Analyst, specializing in Oracle SCM

Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León. 100% on site

Labor time: From Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Friday 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management,

Information Systems.

- English Level (B2)

- Proven experience (4-8+ years) as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant,

preferably with expertise in Oracle SCM modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or EBS applications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with

stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated & proactive thinking.

- Technical Skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather,

document, and analyze requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities and

recommend solutions based on Oracle Cloud and EBS capabilities.

2. System Configuration: Configure Oracle SCM & OM modules based on business

requirements. Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and alignment with best practices.

3. Implementation and Support: Plan and execute Oracle implementations, including

system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Provide guidance and

support to end-users in utilizing Oracle Cloud & EBS effectively and troubleshoot system

issues.

4. Integration and Data Management: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless

integration of Oracle Cloud & EBS with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, finance, and

inventory management. Oversee data migration, cleansing, and maintenance activities.

5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using

Oracle Business Intelligence tools. Generate insights and performance metrics to support

data-driven decision-making.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Oracle updates, enhancements, and

industry trends. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and automation to

optimize operations and drive efficiency.

First contract 3 months, after that permanent contract.
