Job Description:

The SAP Technical Analyst plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Business Analysts to analyze and resolve incidents, develop new functionalities, and ensure the seamless operation of SAP systems. This role encompasses development tasks across various SAP modules, including but not limited to ECC, CRM, and Vistex.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide project and production support, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Develop and debug code in ABAP, SAP Script, and Smart Forms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications, collaborating closely with Business Analysts.
• Conduct code quality reviews and continuous improvement activities to optimize system performance.
• Monitor system health and implement archiving strategies to maintain system efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in the review and resolution of incidents reported by users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical SAP resource, with hands-on development experience.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP and related technologies.
• Experience in reading and interpreting functional requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interpersonal Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with end-users, vendors, and IT team members.
• Other Requirements:Proficiency in English language (desirable).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
