Along with the Law firms you will be providing legal guidance regarding: Immigration, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Personal Injurie, Medical Malpractice, among others). 

We are currently looking for: Back Office Assistant

***This is an ON SITE Position.***

***This is a fully bilingual vacancy.***

Requirements:

·       Fluent Spoken and Written English. At least C1

·       In Office Position. Live in Guadalajara or near the area.

·       High School Diploma or Bachelors.

·       6 months or more in similar positions.

·       Basic Computer Skills. (Microsoft Office)

·       Legal Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Some of your activities:

·       Support the Attorney's administrative needs.

·       Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)

·       Scheduling and confirming appointments for US Lawyers.

·       Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.

·       Provide updates to customers.

·       Answering questions and provide accurate information (phone/e-mail/chat)

·       Appointment setting (Maintain and provide new leads)

What we Offer:

·       Base Salary from 13,000.00 to 16,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)

·       All Law Benefits.

·       Referral Program. $5,000.00 pesos BONUS

·       Monday to Friday. (We do not work as campaigns; you will have your 8-hour fixed shift)

·       Full Paid Training.
