CUSTOMER SERVICE
Position Purpose:
Coordinate and ensure the administrative process of the customers orders, following the internal processing structure with the purpose of attending the needs and requirements of our clients sending them to the appropriate area.
Main Activities:
Coordinate and ensure an effective administrative process of customer orders
Attention and follow up customers needs and requests
Increase customers level of satisfaction
Generate productivity and efficiency in company activities
Support in planning activities
Job requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related fields
Experience and Skills:
3 years of experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of logistics and/or planning
Customers orders management
Basic knowledge in the commercial area
Market Intelligence
Excel intermediate
SAP its preferred
Languages Requirement:
English: Advanced
Spanish: Fluent/Native
