Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating financial data to provide strategic recommendations that drive company growth and profitability. Their primary mission will be to interpret complex financial information, identify key trends and provide fundamental analysis to support sound and effective decision making.

· Review costing and customer quotations for all production part

· Review and approve all cost changes that are made to drive master files

· Review accounts receivable from the customer for any pricing discrepancies

· Develop business case for new programs

· Maintain Cost Reduction Roadmaps

· Process Of preparing and updating annual budgets, collaborating with different departments to guarantee accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.

· Develop complex Financial Models

· Perform Profitability and efficiency analysis to identify areas of improvement and investment opportunities

· The preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and shareholders

· Analyze current financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions

· Evaluation of investment projects and financial viability analysis

What are we looking for?

· Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A postgraduate degree (Master's, MBA, etc.) will be an advantage.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis

· Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, FPA

· Advanced command of financial analysis tools such as Excel, as well as specific accounting and analysis software's ERP (SAP)

· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly and persuasively.

· Ability to work autonomously and as a team in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
