Job Requirements:

• Accounting or Business degree
• Billing and customer payment collection knowledge (At least 3 years' experience in similar role).
• Ability to manage and elaborate reports of databases, spreadsheets.

Job responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring of customer accounts and billing daily as well as Collection work and related accounting activities for month-end.
• Opening new customer accounts, gather the necessary information in case the customer requests credit.
• Apply customer payments daily, to ensure aging is up to date. 
• Collect accounts receivable by contacting clients, via telephone or email.
• Keep a correct control of payments in advance (PIA) conciliation.
• Review the excel file of invoices D365 vs Interactor.
• Prepare Credit Note when is requested by sales. 
• Make conciliations of ledger accounts of customers
• For the end of the month make sure all the entries (payments, invoices, CN, PIA) are done.
•  Attend monthly meetings with sales department.
